Card Payments & Pre-Authorization Holds
When paying by card through our app or website, you may notice a Pre-Authorization Hold or Pending Authorization Charge at the time of booking.
This is a temporary hold to ensure your payment method covers the estimated fare, including potential variations such as extra stops, detours, or route changes.
